What helps us check an error
Send the page address, airline, route, ticket or change date, and the policy wording you think we got wrong. You may describe a charge with private details removed. Please do not email card numbers, a full ticket, or a booking reference.
How we handle a correction
We compare the report with the airline’s current policy and check whether an older rule applied to your ticket. We keep a record of the change. If official pages still disagree, we mark the price as unresolved until we can confirm it.
